In today’s chapter of ECLYPSE INVITES Podcast series, which will be the 35th, we are bringing you to a country that doesn’t draw much attention when it’s about techno: Switzerland.
Our guest has been dropping some really intersting mixes over the year and recently he has upgraded his setup, so what better opportunity than to try it here? Enjoy the ride because it will take you high. Welcome hełłscape_666!

ECLYPSE: What is your name, age and where are you from?
My name is Patrick, I’m 23 years old and I live close to Basel in Switzerland

ECLYPSE: What inspired you to DJ and when did you start?
My adventure started 2-3 years ago, I was attending raves and I developed an interest in mixing tracks just like the DJs I saw. It was a very inspiring experience for me. So in early 2022 I got my first controller and started to DJ. I was always playing mainly Industrial but not as focused as nowadays. It took me some time to find the sound and style I wanted to express.
I mostly got my inspiration by attending events of 96 NOISIA. Since the first event, every time I got an insight on the vision they want to create, and this has been a very important guide in my path.
ECLYPSE: Who are the producers and DJs you are looking the most up to?
I mostly lookup to Cekta, Parapher, Menace Annihilation and Die+Rich. I love both the music they produce and what and how they play. They also have helped me a lot to improve my skills
ECLYPSE: What are your expectations for 2025?
I would love to connect with even more people through music and play at some more events. Yesterday I had my first international gig at Unwind, so I hope more chances like this will come
ECLYPSE: Do you think Techno as a genre has evolved in the past years?
Techno has grown a lot in the past few years, many sub-genres have emerged from it, each going in their own direction. I think it’s very nice that it developed in so many different shades because it gives people a broader range of possibilities and allows artists to always be creative
ECLYPSE: How is your local DJ scene?
Our local DJ scene is very big and is constantly growing. I think it’s good because many artists bring something unique with them.
But at the same time I think it would be important that organizers supported more the loca scene by letting DJs develop their style instead of focusing on the same few DJs over and over
Thank you so much for accepting ECLYPSE’s invite, we are looking forward to promoting your music in the future on our label, we are honored to have you here!
