Below is a quick interview that will allow you to know him better and to understand his story as an artist.
ECLYPSE: What is your name, age, and where are you from?
My name is Ronin, 25 years of age and I live in the Netherlands.

ECLYPSE: What inspired you to produce music and when did you start?
My inspiration to create my own sounds goes back to where I was 12 and getting to know about electronic music.
It started when I got a small mix table from my parents, my passion for music in general got bigger and bigger and from listening too all kind of genres I wanted to create for my own and I downloaded FL studio, and so began my journey.
I tried all kinds of genres like house, trap, drum and bass and techno caught my attention the most.
Making music is very personal since I mostly create because I don’t have the words to describe my emotion and so I never did it to make a certain “crowd” happy.
I can only be blessed that it caught the attention lately by a certain “crowd”.
ECLYPSE: Who are the Producers and DJs you are looking the most up to?
This is such a hard question. I wanna make clear that there’s no such thing as who is better than the other.
Yes there is a type of complexity in between people who create. But I see it as a big bouquet of flowers and a bouquet is more interesting when you put multiple types of flowers in there π·
To answer the question which is a personal opinion. I will just put a few names that give me inspiration: PARAPHER, DKOXY, bxrnadetth, UH, B4, FOGG, RAVENCLAW, 19.85, DRAAG, NEGATIVE, WARHEAD, MMCCCXCIX. No particular order.
ECLYPSE: What are your expectations for 2024?
No expectation I’m just blessed for what has came to me this past year.
ECLYPSE: Do you think Techno as a genre has evolved in the past years?
Yes! I think that Techno has become popular to the masses which makes it a bit mainstream, especially with TikTok and the Dutch scene in particular.
ECLYPSE: How is your local DJ scene in the Netherlands?
Well like I said earlier. The Dutch scene is reaching an all time high. But we’ve seen this with the earlier hardcore scene as well.
Die hards will always stay and producers will always create what they like so I think we will be just fine in future.
