Our second invite goes to the well known Industrial Techno artist from Skopje, Macedonia.
I have asked him a few questions with the idea of showcasing him as an artist for ECLYPSE.
ECLYPSE: Hey, could you please tell us your current city and country, age, and a small introduction about yourself?
I come from Skopje, the capital of Macedonia and I’m 21 and a half years old.
My first experience with DJ-ing came in the form of spinning tech house on VirtualDJ with a keyboard and a mouse back in 2019, the year I also started producing trap beats, but as random as that was I ended up really liking both concepts. Over time, I had the chance to spin on an actual controller and between each chance I got, my style started shifting from tech house to melodic minimal to the impending sounds of dark techno (at least the sound it had then), as well as my productions.
At the time, my musical background had no connections whatsoever to what I produced and played. I listened to most of the hard rock and metal subgenres, as well as hardcore punk. Having such diverse ends of the music spectrum at my disposal, the period from 2019 until I got my first controller at the end of 2021 was full of shifts in my electronic music selection and my productions.
Although having bought my first controller then, my sound was still unstable. Through 2022, I started to experiment solely with the genre of techno, and at the final quarter of 2022 I put out an EP titled “REVOLUTION” which featured 3 tracks filled with hard techno grooves and melodies, and through the process I got to the conclusion that now I knew what I wanted to do, that is to focus on the harder spectrum of techno, which then put me on a long journey of experimenting, but now with producing.
As of now, through 2023 into 2024 and beyond, I take interest in playing and producing hard industrial techno as well as playing industrial hardcore once in a while. My sets consist of the heaviest kicks and bouncy rhythms, torn by haunting and hypnotic melodies and progressions, which is also what I will be implementing in my productions as well.

ECLYPSE: Could you describe your local Industrial scene for us?
Macedonia is a small country with not many people, and most of these people do not resonate with techno or that end of the electronic spectrum, so the scene here, particularly hard and industrial techno and raving, are seen as countercultures and some times are even considered taboo in the older generations.
The hard and industrial scene did not exist until taking form and evolving through a collective called OVC, which I proudly reside in for almost a year now. Since late 2022, the collective has set a high standard for people that like hard and industrial techno as well as raving in general, having organized parties in most electronic music clubs in the city which got us tons of positive feedback.
As for strictly the industrial scene, not much is there to be heard. There are very few acts that take interest in this subgenre, even fewer acts that produce it. The presence between these couple of acts however, including myself, is known in our community.
This scene works with only hardtechno and hardgroove more or less, but that doesn’t negate the presence of industrial, and when all is combined, we manage to pull very good raves for everyone that takes interest in those subgenres.
ECLYPSE: Could you give us a brief description of your set?
My sets are now influenced directly by my earliest musical background, that being my history with rock, metal and hardcore punk. What I want to express in my sets is the energy I have within myself and manifest the vibrations and fantasies from my mind onto the atmosphere caused by the music that I resonate with.
Knowing that, my sets can be perceived as knocking, dark, fast and heavy, but that is only because I let myself project my inner world onto the real one.
Thank you so much for accepting ECLYPSE’s invite, we are looking forward to promoting your music in the future on our label, we are honored to have you here!
